This was a random inspired idea I got from 
He mentioned that Bowser would probably go nuts to see Rosa wearing a bikini. Indeed I think Bowser would probably faint to see his Yoshi girl like this, but what's even more funny is, while she looks more clothed in her bathing suit, she is actually more nude with the casual stuff she wears. 8D Heh, oh well, Rosa is supposed to be seen as being casually dressed when she wears just her blue high heel boots and the flower on her head. ^^ Enjoy~
